Collaboration Nation 2009 is the best IBM conference I have been to in a long time

by Vaughan Rivett on November 12, 2009

This afternoon I meet with a few other people at a restaurant in Auckland called “Collaboration Nation 2009″.   The highlight as the keynote speaker, Dominic Thurbon, who managed to present the facts in a very entertaining way.

My takeways from the event were the case study about BestBuy and using social software tools to drive innovation for your customers.

I have some questions around calculating the cost of physical infrastructure for SaaS solutions versus cloud solutions.

Finally, I was interested to understand more on how IBM host Domino instances.

A really good event.
